Health and Safety:
Audience and staff are expected to follow the health and safety protocols in place at the time of an event. COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters are strongly recommended for all; however, proof of vaccination is not required to attend in-person events.

Books at the Chicago Humanities
Chicago Humanities is pleased to partner with the Seminary Co-op Bookstores, a not-for-profit bookstore whose mission is bookselling.
- You may add books to your cart when selecting tickets. They are listed as "Add ons" next to the tickets.
- When you pre-order your book through the Chicago Humanities Box Office, you save 20% on the list price of the book while directly supporting independent bookselling in Chicago. Chicago Humanities does not earn any revenue from book sales—we facilitate book sales to both amplify the work and ideas of our esteemed speakers, and to support local independent bookselling.
- Programs where books are shipped: Books will be shipped to registered guests within 7–10 business days of the event. Please be patient as you may be affected by general shipping delays occurring nationwide. Book purchases include shipping to U.S. addresses only. International orders cannot be accepted; we apologize for any inconvenience.
