Join us at 5pm at the Chop Shop for a pre-event dining experience featuring a five-course tasting menu inspired by Chef Eric Ripert’s Seafood Simple. Limited space available. There is a maximum party size of six guests. Gratuity and beverages are NOT included in the ticket price.
