About the Event:
Chicago Humanities is fortunate to be rooted in a region supported by a variety of organizations devoted to improving the common good. We're incredibly grateful to Granor Farm for making Chicago Humanities the beneficiary of their May Dinner + Drinks event.
The evening will kick off with a cocktail and appetizer hour with Chicago Humanities's Co-Creative Director, Michael Green. The cocktail hour will conclude with a discussion between Green and Granor Farm's Culinary Director, Abra Berens, about Chicago Humanities and Granor Farm's shared goal of enriching the cultural and intellectual lives of those within our communities. We will then move to the Granor Greenhouse for a three-course, family-style meal that showcases the best of Granor's crops and other ingredients from local producers and farms.
The meal will be paired with Granor Table Wines and Spirits, as well as NA beverages available upon request.
